As an owner-managed boutique consultancy, we deliberately work differently from traditional consulting firms. Where others develop concepts, we go deep operationally: we analyze functional structures, break down end-to-end processes, and anchor solutions directly in existing system landscapes.
Our approach has evolved over nearly three decades of finance experience – expanded by process intelligence, digitalization, and data-driven analysis. Finance is always the starting point, but the perspective goes far beyond: procurement, sales, production, logistics, and HR are integral parts of every transformation.

Our company was founded in 1997 by Thomas Kirsch – as a consultancy focused on accounting, bookkeeping, and corporate finance.
From this foundation, an advisory approach has developed over nearly three decades that now goes far beyond traditional finance topics.
With the entry of Thimo Kirsch in 2017, a new phase began: together, we realized that hardly any financial result can be properly explained without truly understanding the underlying processes.
Whether purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, production planning, or work preparation – processes influence numbers everywhere. And these interdependencies are often underestimated.
This expanded our focus: from pure finance expertise to a deep connection between financial control and operational business processes.
We do not just analyze numbers – we trace them back to their root cause, talk to the people behind them, and create solutions that work in practice. This combination of analytical depth, system understanding, and close collaboration with employees has become our hallmark.
